Due to the single-use nature of RapidBacVet tests, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been shipped. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and quality of our products, ensuring that all tests are delivered in optimal condition.

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and may offer a replacement product at our discretion.
